Sometimes you don’t feel the weight of something you are carrying until you feel the weight of its release.
Flow is essential to our well-being because in addition to the wight of our bodies, we carry a deal deal of emotion, toxins, and difficult experiences within our framework. Sometimes this can feel like the weight of the world. If you are an empath, you may find yourself carrying the weight of other people’s experiences as well. This is why you must consciously create compassionate boundaries for yourself and clear the energy of your own field on a regular basis through movement, body tune ups and other bodywork. Lack of movement can compound and amplify stress and anxiety we feel as the energy simply in unexpressed and has no where to go. Practice moving the life-force and energy through your body.
